I could of sworn certain ISPs would monitor certain things and if they found people pirating things they would slow down your internet connection until you stop.

Whats your ISP?If its Roadrunner, Comcast, or ATNT that's why.

I could always be wrong you know.

roadrunner doesn't do stuff ever

If you use a program to log the IP of where the data is sent to, you can use a few exploits in Windows to completely take over there desktop.

I've done it, but I just do it to my mom to make her mouse flip out.

NO YOU CANNOT

You need to install malware on their computer/give a RAT to control their desktop. You can't just "log their IP", you have to do something like an RDC. You can't simply know where the data goes to control it, that's easy. And that isn't in any way hacking Blockland, lol.

Oh thanks, but could you possibly keep reloading? Like maybe my weapons or the Tier Tactical way? If you want to use the system my weapons use (Tactical Weapons) it is Support_Ammo guns along with some code we made that I'll let you use.

i can do reloading in the default fashion, such as however many hits it turns the gun and plays a clicking sound.
