why would you even sell those as a toy in the first place? i mean maybe as a tool but why a toy? its obv extremely dangerous, people dont go selling kid sized fully working chainsaws advertising them as safe to play with toys.

Legos are lethal if you inhale them
An RC car remote can be lethal if you smash it open.
A wooden splinter on a wooden toy can blind you.
It's just that people aren't usually stupid enough to do any of the above.

I can start a complex philosophical discussion about natural selection but ok.

Then the problem is probably your antivirus. Can you change the firewall settings or are you using a family PC and have no administration rights?

No biggie, it's only 4kb. The problem is when people do that with console.log which is 100 times bigger.
But what it looks like is that the game can't open your 'latestmanifest' file which I don't know a thing about, so you'll have to ask someone else or wait for acerblock.

Try allowing blockland full internet access in your firewall controls of whatever antivirus you use.
