Also the added problem with city RPs is that the itty bit of power the rich/admins/whatever have rises to their heads real fast.

I made a giant map once (Woke Island if anyone remembers). The key is to make it fair. A big balance thing I did was place stationary lock-on missile launchers at certain points, because if someone is good in a jet they are practically unkillable by any other means.

Yeah use zone bricks (get zone bricks and zone events here: http://swololol.com/rd?f=Brick_Zones and http://swololol.com/rd?f=Event_Zones), collision detection for vehicles can be done but it basically rapes torque engine with box searches and you or anyone really shoudn't do it.

Basically an item much like the default hammer, except it performs the function of the new duplicator cut function. It doesn't keep the brick or anything, but would only remove that one single brick, leaving any other bricks potentially floating. Should be possible, right now I often have issues with bricks disappearing clientside while still existing serverside when I hammer a floating brick connected to other floating bricks.
