I wonder if those sort of conditions can support life. But then again, look at extremophiles.
Earth was probably a lot more hazardous when extremophiles developed.
Still, this seems like an oven of chemical death.

Titanium since i am buttforget nowhere lost in my mind and the 6th dimension i have troubles traversing my perception to even come up with a substantial was to even think that i would even go there in favor of want to that, so I will just ask this question.

If you could come up with an intelligent life form, what would it be/look like?
It'd depend entirely on it's environment. If I ever planned on accurately creating such a creature, I'd have to invent a whole world first.
As I said, my favorite example is the Eosapien.

It's not like two legs, two arms, upright body, large head, 2 eyes, 2 nostrils, and 1 mouth is really that specific of a creature. Hell, you could argue if Earth's animal species are so varied, why can't other planets have different variations that may be equivalent to Earth's?
Yes, this.

titanium, you dumb.
"resembling humans"

No.
Unless I'm missing something about?, they who? are saying that all intelligent extraterrestrials would be resembling humans.
Still need some clarity.

Things aren't that black and white.

Okay, you're saying that humans
That humans
For humans it's practical to have two legs.

Are you implying that aliens are all human, or at least human-like?
Again, you bring things back to base one.
There needs to be an explanation as to why you'd think all aliens would look like humans to have those needs.

Back to the point.
okay
take a human
and give it 88 more legs
it would be a 90 legged human
and have 90 legs
Okay, what's the purpose of this brown townogy?

I try not to be an starfish.
Generally, I find that truly intelligent people are very funny and easy to get along with.

okay, okay

who gives a stuff about bipeds
we are talking about intelligent life
not bipeds

intelligent life categorizes life that is intelligent
bipedal life categorizes life that is bipedal, regardless of how intelligent they are

A practical body shape
Now this?
This depends entirely on environment.
Practical for what environment?
Not all environments are the same SHUT UP QWEPIR I KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO SAY THAT ALL ENVIRONMENTS ARE THE SAME FOR SOME REASON they're not.
if bipeds had feet they would be bipeds with feet and thus have biped feet
This isn't your actual argument right? This is a joke, right?
That's like saying a blue rock is blue because it is a blue rock.
That. That get's nothing nowhere.

ok, birds are bipedal because they have two feet. if a fish comes to earth we won't know about it because it's a loving fish.
Okay, what's the point you're making again?

Two legs?
Two legs are not the fastest thing in the world.
They're more practical
HOW

In fact, we are a lot less balanced in some ways.
Ever heard of a cheetah?
They have to run fast because that's their only way to catch food.
BECAUSE ALL LIFE EXCEPT INTELLIGENT LIFE NEEDS TO BE FAST

Birds can fly.
I eat birds. 2 points to team humans
THAT IS A REFERENCE TO HUMANITY'S INTELLIGENCE. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHETHER OR NOT THEY LOOK ANTHROPOMORPHIC.

Being able to have "smooth and fast running" is completely irrelevant, anyway.
Like I said, it's the most practical.
PRATICAL FOR WHAT WE DO

Life can have a completely different setup to accommodate its needs for energy. Think from the very bottom. Will arms, legs, eyes, fingers, will they evolve in every environment, evolve the same way?
Not exactly, but that's not at all what I was implying
WHAT WERE YOU IMPLYING...?

The human hand is one of our defining characteristics. It can grip things very effectively.
There are innumerable other ways that good handling can be made.
I understand this
THANK YOU. I THINK.

Imagine a tentacle with a tentacle spiraling out near the end, making a sort of grip.
Or, perhaps, like the Eosapien, tentacle-like "fingers" that can grip things in ways far different than the human way.
Tentacles would barely work on land
I NEVER
loving
SAID SO

Octopus tentacles grip things very strongly and perhaps very finely, perhaps even more finely with some tuning.
What if there were no legs to begin with? What if it was an aquatic ecosystem that had no legs in the first place?
There's no reason for intelligent life to evolve underwater.
THERE'S TNOT REAOSN THAYT THEYS SHOUDLNY

What if manipulation came from other places, a tail, perhaps, there are many, many, many ways things can work.
I know this

Again, you're basing all life off of chordates.
There is their environment, but if their environment favors such qualities, they sure as hell can develop them.

I need to calm down.

I NEVER SAID IT WAS FOR SOMETHING ON LAND OH MY loving GOD
