Off Topic / Computer game wont load (on new pc)

I bought a new Laptop with the following specs:
HP Pavilion dv6-3150us
Intel Core i5-460m preocessor 2.53 GHz
640GB (5400RPM) Hard Drive
4096MB DDR3 SDRAM (2 Dimm)
Intel HD Graphics with shared graphics memory
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit


I tried to play GTA IV, and the ground and buildings didnt show up.
And i tried to change the settings but they wouldnt go up or down, they kept going back to original.
Can i please get some help?

What should i do?

Remember that old sedan from V8?
Ever wish that it would ever comeback so you could drive it around with your friends?
Well that long wait it far over...

While searching the old Blockland.us/smf directory on Archive.org i found the sedan along with Strato's original car pack.
I decided to port it and well everything came out perfectly.

Off Topic / WRTray.exe - Um, what is this?

I started up my computer about 10 minutes ago and Windows wanted to run CHKDSK (Check Disk) but I denied it.
After the computer started up, I got this error:

(sorry for page stretch)

I searched google, but I cannot find out what the forget this means.

I immediatly went into the C:\ and tried to look for WRTray.exe but it wasnt there.
What the forget is going on and how do I fix this?

What the forget is casuing this to happen? I open a tab and it never opens, it just says "connecting..."
loving bullstuff, its doing absolutely nothing.
What, better yet, how do i fix this?
I re-installed, no affect.

I've got this pretty nice wooden car based heavily off this image:


Here's my model:


I think it came out nice.
The only problem i'm currently having is the joints and wheels
This will probably seat one person since the car is so small.
Or maybe 2 people, 1 in front and 1 in back.
I have a wood texture for it but i fear you guys wouldn't like it, So Textured or Non textured?
