Right! But if I want an instant link then? You use JavaScript on your site, but on a forum that's not possible.

Google chrome and some versions of the other browsers will not recognize the protocol link without the javascript.

So... I'm on a mac and I downloaded v15, and I put all my old v14 stuff (not the actual Blockland application)into the v 15 folder, and I kept the v15 blockland, but, it won't work. Help.

You cannot just mix and match files however you want.  v15 only works with the v15 script and data files.

Both Duplicator and changing maps have just caused a fatal error and crashed my game.

I can change maps just fine.   Type trace(1); in console before changing maps then post your console log.

Planting a picket fence then moving up one whole space then planting again results in freeze. Not sure if this is true with bars as well

It's on a different server so it will be on www2. until the DNS changes propagate.
I've also rewritten the master server so hopefully it will be a more responsive at peak times, but then again maybe not because...

As your server runs it slowly renders an isometric preview of what's in your server.  It takes about 10 minutes to update.  You can recenter your server preview with /setpreviewcenter (if you are admin), but this will reset the current preview rendering.
Yes, the list needs organization.  I'm not entirely sure what kind of load this will put on the server so it may go up and down as I fiddle with it.

If something is broken: Don't freak out and post an angsty thread immediately because I will just ban you.  Just tell me what is broken so I can fix it.  


Confirmed Bugs
  • When loading bricks, water bricks have no physical zone (ie you just fall through them)
  • Weird trails / uncleared buffer in bedroom or kitchen - v15 automatically lowers your view distance if you are getting less than 20 fps.  Low view distances do not work well in interiors.  You can disable this feature in options->advanced by unchecking "Automatic Draw Distance Adjustment"
  • Z-fighting when you place a waterbrick on top of an 8x cube brick
  • Ghost bricks disappear - fixed for v16
  • Assert: fxDTSBrick::onRemove -still in renderNode! - fixed for v16
  • Visible distance affects sun flare
Non-Bugs
  • Join button on website does not work - You must run the game once to register the protocol.  The game must have permission to write to the registry.
