The massive "No such file" spam is just how torque's resource system works- it looks for every suitable texture file and in the parent directories.  The spam is exacerbated if you reference files that don't exist as many of the add-ons do. 

There are freeze bugs with the dedicated server that are unrelated to the master server communications.  I've identified some memory corruption bugs that may improve things significantly once they are fixed.

You can turn them off server-side, but it's a really bad idea.  People will use minigames to hide their identity and you wont be able to tell who is in your minigame and who isn't.

I don't think that marginal visibility is ever a good gameplay dynamic.  I let you all get away with a lot of crapped up mods, I wish you would just accept this as a design decision and move on.

When I had my internet off and was hosting a server just to play, it kept sending and giving connection errors but not closing....
Really? My server says "Posting to Masterserver" once, and if nothing happens it just freezes.

Is the server console still responsive or is it totally frozen?  It should continue attempting to post to the master server even if there is no connection.

4. The oct tree gets confused sometimes and you end up with bits of geometry (and sometimes whole buildings) appearing in 2 places at the same time.  Usually really far apart

This happends a lot on big save files.

On the Badspot Cathedral Server, half the bricks appeared to the side, I attached a screenshot below:

This happened because I introduced a new bug.  It should be fixed now and back to just the same old bugs.

The issues surrounding this are more complicated then you might think.  Undoing supporting bricks could result in destruction that a build-trusted person would not otherwise be able to do.  If you build a baseplate, then someone on your build trust list builds a castle on top of it, undoing the baseplate gives you the equivalent power of the wand.

you can switch the vehicle to use short springs when you hold the jump button down, then switch back to tall springs when you release the jump button

You can't just type that in wherever and have it work.  Its a piece of script code, it requires context.  You need to know the basics of scripting before attempting something like this.

Something like this:

Jump, shoot, crouch, and jet all use triggers and will fire this callback when activated.  You might have to do vehicle::ontrigger or wheeledvehicle::ontrigger instead.  Experiment.

  Too bad Badspot failed this,  now no one will ever try to fix it.

-Full bright, environment mapped, generally f'd up model with a missing texture
-No flames
-Causes crashes

This is not a finished add-on.  Not even close.  If I don't fail this, what can I fail?
Fix it and I'll be happy to un-fail it.
