Hey...I think I was on the server at that time. Anyways, that sucks how absolutely no cops that I see ever give a chance to pay off crimes. It's an outrage. Almost like "why bother having an option to pay off crimes if we never get a chance to."

Pay off your demerits before they go over 60.  Just like real life, if you let your parking tickets build up for years, they arrest you.

It's not like high quality, fully rigged and animated player models with specific interactive clothing meshes just fall out of my ass.  It's a lot of work.  If you were going to pay a professional artist to create them it would probably cost thousands of dollars.  I am doing this for free, because I feel like it. 

Oh and by the way, the "I'm going to do whatever I want because it's a free country" attitude you're sporting usually ends in a big fat ban.

You already have the patch, you just can't install it.  Downloading it from somewhere else isn't going to help you much.

If you've downloaded AOT recently, you only have to install 1 patch, not 6.  AOT closes automatically when the patch starts, there is no need to close any windows.

The game tries to get the patch again because the the patch did not install properly.

I assume that there are no error messages when you click 'install'?

Do you have any security or virus protection software running?  The patch has to overwrite and change files so some security/virus protection software may prevent it from working.
