Both keys are being combatively shared by people in the same geographic region. You're using your cousin's key on the forum. Conclusion: You gave your keys to your friends/relatives or vice versa, and now there may be tertiary sharing. I'm deactivating both keys.

The guy is a sociopath, he'll say anything that you have a chance of believing. If you prove him wrong, he'll just get angry and the retreat to another lie. There's no winning.
