Wrestling in Blockland is impratical, but this could be useful for zombie games where you can pick up chairs and beat the living stuff out of them/crazy ass DM with chairs so I guess this would be a good idea.

Screw this, hurry up on the blockland version because that seems interesting.
as long as you have it alternate between RP and TDM

I'm hoping for it to be an actual full fledged game just as a Blockland save/s with a custom sound pack, print pack, face and decal pack, etc.
But yeah I was thinking when it's done I'd do a TDM version with Omega and Rebels as playable classes and killing citizens lowers points and such.

Can mutants have melee weapons (Like makeshift hammers) besides just brute force and claws like the ones in Fallout 3? Also can you explain the 'world' more?

The mutants are a bunch of stupid forgets most of the time and in the game/s they will just blindly attack you, but I guess so for player controlled mutants.
Also the world is basicly a giant radioactive desert with a few areas of lush flora and some fauna, and the 'large radioactive desert' is full of large cities with smaller cities inside them called Districts and Sectors, with a somewhat futuristic theme to it.

I walk in single file with the other citizens, pretending to be like them as we march to lunch, which is just tubes with nutrients and mindloving chemicals that is Omega's way of controling everyone. I happen to be immune to them, so I have to play along. We arrive and sit down at the tables at the same time, then mechanical arms reach down and give us our nutritubes.
Personaly, this is worse than the zombie apocalypse, though lots will disagree.
I slurp in some of the flavorless tube as drinks arrive through little openings in the table. The drinks are mostly water but they contain the same chemicals the food has. As I drink some of it I fixate myself on an imaginary point like everyone else has and play along, hoping nobody gets suspisious. Then something bad happens.
The cup slips out of my hand and breaks on the floor.
In case you didn't know, controlled citizens don't make mistakes.
The troopers turn to me and start shooting as I jump up and run. I run out and hear the hunt sirens blaze and a female announcer say 'Alert, infantry. Anticitizen detected, possible rebel. Citizen code: 5397-D507-S3. Hunt down and reeducate target." As I run I curse at myself for being clumsy, something I managed not to be for years. Then my arm is grabbed, I hear a tranquilizer dart launch and everything goes black.

The year is 2057. It's been about 10 years since the "zombie" apocalypse and world war that nearly ended mankind, and the world is under a one government control. Sounds good, right? No enemies, just friends, right? Haha, no.

The government (that goes by the name Omega (formerly Omega Inc.), is a communist-dictatorship lead by the feared Joseph Viktor that took the world by force while everyone was recovering from the zombpocalypse and WW3 (a nuclear fallout that ended in tragity). It established sections which they named Districts (though not all are the same size), and then smaller sections of a District were called Sectors, and there are currently around 3000 Districts all over the world (and more slowly being added as they conqure more land). The Omega HQ was originaly in District 1, however it was destroyed in a rebellion attack and relocated to District 507. District 507 is located in western Russia (close to eastern Europe) and is the current largest District in the world, beating District 42 by a few feet.

Now that I think I've rambled on enough, I will explain the rules and guidelines:

Rules:
1. No invincibility, invisibility, super strength, etc.
2. Certain actions will get you beaten up (running/speaking/having children/passing checkpoints/crying without a permit) and maybe even executed (killing [it's Omega's job, not yours], insulting "Uncle Joe", assulting Omega personel, other violent actions) so try not to do them.

Guidelines:
1. Character outline:
Name: (name)
Items: (inventory)
Ammo: (if Omega Troop or Rebel)
Health: (health level)
Social Status: ('citizen', 'missing', 'target', 'resistance')
Faction (faction name here) and Class (class name here)

2. Weapons use T+T2 names because this is also a game project I'm working on in Blockland that will use T+T2.

3. Inteligence is based on your class, max is 10.

4. Classes and Factions:
Citizen [health: 100] [intel.: 8 (2 if under mind control)]
Omega [health: 110] [intel.: 10] (classes: trooper [combat shotgun], paratrooper [compact bullpup], sniper [crossbow], pyrotroop [fire], city enforcement [dual pistols], pilot [whatever you're flying/driving])
Rebellion [health: 111] [intel.: 10] (classes: trooper [classic shotgun/smg] commander [LMG]
Mutant [intel.: 7] (classes: mutant [claws, +20 health than citizen] mutated zombie (large jump-and-attack, claws, +30 health than citizen, -10 inteligence)]

tl;dr: zombies! nuclear fallout! corrupt government takes over world!

I probably missed a bunch of stuff so if I did let me know.

The thing I hate about these. Dull-colored, look to much like futuristic fantasy guns, the dull blue and red and other colors are just unappealing.

I'm pretty sure they're supposed to look like 'futuristic fantasy guns', and what, you want a bunch of people with guns that nearly blind you?
The colors are soft and don't hurt your eyes.

You should've sold all that stuff for at least more than $50, most of it is unobtainable by official means and that already adds a bit to the price.
