The DLC supposed to take place after the main story- wait, where's Katey?We're saying that developers shouldn't make DLC that you have to purchase before the game is released. That's like selling you a car and then saying "OH BUT WE WITHHELD THE RADIO AND THE A/C, BUT YOU CAN BUY THEM LATER". It's stupid and underhanded, if the content is there then put it in the game. If not, then don't loving announce it before the game is released, that's such a douchebag move.
