Hemp seeds are extremely healthy too. Seriously, they contain those oils and stuff that are typically found in fishoil and flaxseed, but without the saturated fats and whatnot. Procure some of those hemp seeds and eat them, they're excellent stuff, though I have yet to have any myself. I have, however, had natural peanut butter made with hemp seed extract.

That makes the cigarette smoke even worse. I forgot all the technical wording and stuff but marijuana opens up the sacs in your lungs so the cigarette tar can imbed even deeper into your lungs making it much more likely to cause problems.

Yeah, where Cigarette smoke causes your lungs to close up and harden, Marijuana smoke causes your bronchial tubes to dilate.

So long as you exercise, smoking won't affect you. I smoke cigs only now, and I work out 4-5 times a week. :o In mint condition too.

Turn on "spawn with weapons" in the server preferences.

NO PROBLEM:

I assume you're in High School, so let me lay this on you: You never loved each other. Your entire relationship was a sham. You didn't actually connect and excused everything else because you could tolerate each other. Your entire relationship was built on something transparent. "I love you" is easy to say, and coupled with certain feelings, can seem like the truth. Now because you're a teenager, it's also easy to be overly dramatic. That whole night was her lying to your face because she was enjoying herself then, but after being alone and contemplating, she realized her actual feelings and broke up with you. That sentence alone is your ENTIRE relationship in a nutshell. Additionally, it's possible you leeched the life out of your relationship by staying in CONSTANT communication.

What you thought: "We're in love, I'd do anything for her, etc etc"

The reality: "We're nice to each other and can tolerate each others company"

So, evaluate your relationship. Did you have anything in common, did you learn anything, is she who you thought she was, etc.
