Adding firearms and stuff really pushes me away. I understand that they're muskets or whatever-the-forget, but that's so uninteresting. What was cool about M&B in the first place was the heavy medieval combat. The Pre-Reconstruction period is a really dull period of history.

I hate how in video games, they have to make every loving bullet be like a blow to the stomach, that has been covered in pillows. I know that a single bullet can really forget you up, and kill you in a shot, and the companies' developers probably know too. This just really pisses me off, and over the edge.Gameplay mechanics over realism.
i was just playing mw2 and noticed something, the shotguns are realistic. the assault rifles are not. assault rifles are like loving snipers according to this game. you would think it would be the other way around, shotguns wrong and assault rifles right...Midrange rifles have quite a bit of range. Honestly, the snipers are unrealistic in that you're sniping from way too close.

« on: April 30, 2011, 08:42:13 PM »when i say modified i mean the idea of a machine gun, the gun itself is as you said made to shoot pistol rounds quickly, unless put on single fire. then it becomes a higher capacity pistol with more accuracy and range, not sure about that last part but it seems smgs are more accurate than a pistol.Please stop talking.
