From what I read, multiplayer sonds like GTA IV.

"kids running around thinking their cool and trying to kill EVERYONE"
That's a generalization based on a small percentage of the players. Like I said, I haven't ever encountered that.

Something I would DO, rather than change, would be to add a singleplayer mode, then make a 360 arcade port that contains a system like RTB, so users can still manage add-ons, and the whole game would be compatible with the PC version, so all users can play together.

ALSO you could use your previously purchased key to unlock it on the LIVE arcade so you wouldn't need to purchase another one specifically for your xbox.

I hope Notch implements seasons. Also I hope he fixes up the playermodels.

He's an awesome developer, I love reading the blog.

Bought Crackdown for Halo 3 beta, discovered it was AMAZING, better than Halo 3. Everything about it is absolutely wonderful. I know I hail a lot of games for being awesome, but goddamn, Crackdown is just so unbelievably fun.

Crackdown 2 is also amazing and wonderful, but there weren't enough big battles. I liked the setting but it wasn't as cool as the first. I do like the whole freak/zombie thing, and the boss things were pretty neat, but there wasn't enough focus on cell. Most of what they did was just piss you off when you're trying to do stuff. Also, back on the big battle thing; I mean I know you're basically the police, but I loved having hitsquads trying to run me down, which would result in large-scale gunfights in the streets. The freaks aren't fun to fight unless you're in the cell battle bus or whatever, or running them down.

Co-op is amazing, especially since the upped the players to 4 and added helicopters. Me and my teammates airdropped players and vehicles into battle areas, it was so awesome. I don't know what visage was talking about, I've never encountered that issue online. In-fact, the player I played with leveled up and joined games specifically so they could help other people out, and proceeded to help me finish off some breaches and get achievements. Contrary to Visage, I do not regret buying it. It is one of the few games that can remain fun even after you beat it like 5 times.

I was incredibly disappointed by the Crackdown 2 demo. It feels exactly the same as the first one with all of the same problems. Not buying it until the price drops substantially.
What problems?
Ultra Violet rays electrocute you? Wat.
The UV shotgun fires a ball of plasma that kills freaks, but basically throws/tazes people.

Also I just found this out recently: You can attach things to other things using the mag. We were able to airlift vehicles by using the mag, and even put a bug on top of agency tower.

I looked at gameplay and it looks like a pain in the ass to chase down and actually hit bears since there's no lock on system.
Actually it's not at all, it's pretty fluid.

Rofl using the same rofl at the start and end of a sentence makes you sound handicapped rofl
Anyway, does it have like... missions, or is it Sandbox? Leaving a half-dead bear in a town to scare people in a sandbox mode sounds pretty fun
It's mission-oriented, but in a free-roam area.
Also, According to Metacritic the critics say it isn't anything like it was advertised. Apparently it is childish and isn't gorey or insane like Manhunt. Basically, it's probably a piece of stuff.
Well no stuff. It wasn't supposed to be gory, they're care bears. Their gore is all the fluff you tear out of them. The game is more humorous than serious (i.e. The announcer yelling "IT'S NAUGHTY TIIIIME").
To be honest i played it thought it was going to be great

It sucks controls are too heavy its like your character is a rock when you move him the moving is horible

Definitely not what they made it too be.

I shook my head to the game.
What are you even talking about? That's completely untrue, the controls are perfectly fine. Just get out of this thread, you're become excruciatingly annoying.
The game got terrible ratings and I heard it was less than mediocre.

I don't want to get it anymore. :/
It's definitely worth a rent, just to pretend you're Jason Voorhees.
Again, don't expect it to be AMAZING. It's comical, and fun, but it's not going to blow your mind.

Doesnt sound too good for me :x
But you didnt mention if it was actually a good game, just that it was sadistic. Sooo, whats your personal rating?
7.5/10
It's nothing advanced, don't expect intricate plot, but also don't expect the typical beat-'em-up. I find it fun, but it's not that wonderful in the grand spectrum of gaming. It's definitely worth a rent, just to pretend you're Jason Voorhees.

(Topic too old)

Got Naughty Bear the other day and holy forgettits this game is sadistic. From bashing faces in with a bat, to hacking them apart with an axe, to even driving them totally insane from fright causing them to commit Self Delete for bonus points, this game was made for Serial Killers. Also I'm extremely exhausted so forgive the blotchy brown townysis given here.

It's hilarious because it's dressed up as cutesy, but this game would never pass ESRB with anything but an AO rating if it was realistic. Somehow, this gets away with T. At first it's pretty basic arcade gameplay, but then I read the instruction thing and figured out how to score stuffloads of points. Protip: You get bonus points by leaving a victim alive to limp around, which frightens the other bears. They also get frightened by finding corpses. You can even sabotage things to attract other carebears and victimize them stealthily, combos awarded for annihilating everything living. The gameplay is arcade-ish, each episode proposes a different story, and each level basically provides a new challenge.

tl;dr You'll like this game if you're John Wayne Gacy, Ed Gein, or Patrick Bateman.
7.5/10
