You are on a Vector layer for some reason. Select / make a proper layer as it sez. You can't paint on Vector layers.

Ah alright
I saw it in my old friend's house and I couldn't found the exact model but, it's close.

They are still here but, I think they were common in the 1970s-1990s
Seems to likely be a GE Spacemaker 7-4290

Actually I think there could be a compromise there, you could maybe make individual modular things to use in bigger (or smaller) props, for example you could make a vent that would look much better than just a round:

It could be used in multiple scenarios and people could shape the whole AC as they see fit. Maybe even make some grilles for the sides to replace that black part. It will actually allow a lot more customization since you would not be limited by the precise sizes of the actual AC brick.

Off Topic / Re: can you clean a mechanical keyboard in a sink
« on: July 19, 2017, 05:14:16 PM »
Depends what you're cleaning for.

If seasonal cleaning just remove all the keycaps and use cotton swabs drenched in isopropyl alcohol between the keyswitches and you should be good. I would advise not just using water because isopropyl alcohol evaporates faster and also likes to pick up a more mess than just water, hence it's used for cleaning thermal paste off CPUs as well.
You can give the keycaps a rigorous bath, multiple ways to do that but easiest is just to manually scrub the keycaps with some soapy water and your hands or a small hand brush. You can go into more chemistry with denture tabs as this forum post suggests, though you could perhaps find better sources about this.
If you want to clean the body (case) best you unscrew it and clean just the case manually while avoiding any electronics. You can really use whatever here.

Let the keycaps/case to dry by any means, maybe helped by a paper towel/towel/whatever. Avoid drying with sun as it might affect the plastic, and if you for some reason also want to dry the keyswitches (although you should really use isopropyl for this part) it will melt the switch plastic and make the keys mushy.

I would advise against sinking your whole keyboard in water despite numerous sources saying to do so simply because you can't be too sure about drying it off this way and it's easier to avoid an aftermath.

Photobucket: Upload images - 100gb for $100 (no hotlinking) / 500gb for $400 + hotlinking
Dropbox: Upload whatlovingever - 1tb for $100

Who the forget in their right mind would choose Photobucket. Photobucket is a disgusting joke at this point.

So even if you do for some inexplicable reason pay that mindboggling price, you might still be limited if Photobucket decides to screw you over.

the problem with this is that when they add new blocks, they will look out of place compared to the rest.
unless whoever maintains the legacy pack has a good understanding of the original textures, it'll become horribly outdated in about a year
The blocks they've been adding looks out of place compared to the rest so that's basically a good understanding of original textures.

I suppose that's better, but in multiple cases the old ones might still be better. I want to see how it all comes together before saying that tho', but obsidian looks ugly as hell regardless. It's also weird how just making more blurry is considered a good thing. Also the brick texture lost it's top-left lightning in favor of top lightning... I don't believe that's really a good thing although there's an improvement on the mortar. The diamond texture also lost all blurriness making it look like a Glazed Terracota crap that doesn't even fit with the new style of blocks, that's in no way a good thing and "better" than the original. If in Regulith's image Jungle wood also looks oddly dirty since the "artist" just took the old texture and just blurred it. I want to see the other blocks as well.

Most of those textures are horrible in contrast to the old ones.
I think they are made by the same handicap that made those Glazed Terracota crap.

oh no a website with no other source of revenue trying to make revenue from their one source of revenue

people get angry at a free service part 392521

ad websites pay per view of their ads, so if you block them the website won't be getting enough views to pay out. if they're blocking ad block is probably because they are trying to provide a service that is free to you but costs them money

What part of Mediafire using horrible ads went straight through your skull? Whenever I visited a Mediafire link without Adblocker I felt like I was on a shady fourth world anime streaming website that gave me about seven STDs simultaneously and I received a dozen popups despite the browser being configured to block popups.

I am foaming at the mouth trying to fix a odd issue with a reproducibility of 0.00001 per capita. The issue is that apparently any lists in Minecraft 1.7.10 Forge are simply not working; that is, world list, language list, shader list - none of them work, it's impossible to click / select in them. The only fix I can try is installing a older JRE than 8, but Oracle decided to forget all other JREs from their official download page, so you can only get JRE 8, loving with anyone that needs them for legacy reasons, and it's a ton more risky to download JRE 7 from a shady file sharing website as well, so here I am stuck without 1.7.10 Forge because everything is unplayable.

Does anyone else have any other ideas though? Also it works for the latest vanilla Minecraft version.

Replugging my mouse in the exact same port worked what the forget.

I made a dish made out of thinly cultivated roasted grain and corn covered in opaque rich creamy-textured liquid secreted by female bovines.

Do ((22 / blender units) + 245) / 256, then project from view (bounds) while you are facing the face you want to apply the SIDE texture to and stretch the UV amount in that direction. (s, and lock with x or y)

Like, if you have a 2x wide thing that'd be 2 bu, which in the formula it translates to 1, because 2x studs wide is actually a perfect map in-game.

You can see the blender units by pressing N and enabling Edge Info: Length as such

End results:

The big one was stretched by 1.0107 and 1.0351 while the smol one was stretched by 1.0429 and 1.1718.

The closer the width is to 2 the closer to 1 the stretch is. Values more than 2 should return a stretch less than 1 while values smoller than 2 should return a stretch bigger than 1.

I held this in for a long time now as I keep saying I'll remake the brick tutorial but I am too lazy for that so just take this.

I might or might not just make a video about this if I am not a lazy forget like I am.

This also might or might not be optimal for DTS stuff. I made the formula up long ago for General's BLB converter. For DTS taking account of real sizes you might have to double your BU.. I don't recall how that part worked.
