- 2nd or 3rd floor OR pre-last floor in a 10-floor building
- Building security with cameras and security guards
- Easy access to public transportation (both bus and subway)
- Supermarket/hypermarket in walking distance
- Mid-central in a metropolis
- In my country, Romania
- No heating, but good building insulation
- FTTH Network
Potentially also renting the apartment right next to it in order to expand into a storage and workshop area, although I am not sure about this point.
Or something more realistic, this thing in the middle of nowhere.
