Well, first if it will save money for upgrading other things at the moment I don't need 4GB memory right at this moment. And I don't need a big hard drive right now also.
EDIT: Maybe buy a cheaper motherboard? I don't need like 50 expansion slots.

Ok, so I changed my mind about computer parts and I want to build a starter computer that I can add more onto it later. My budget is $300-400. This does not include OS, monitor, and other stuff. I'll try to find some parts too.

I'll be building a AMD computer with a ATI graphics card.
