How about a race track(like nascar). It was turned into a play survivors can go to wait to be picked up but then started to get infested with zombies. And they got there right when the zombies came. Being a place were survivors can go, you might want to add bots that help you kill zombies.

pretty good for a start. Some parts seemed too slow. Mabey better camera and sound effects.
