You'll have to make the animations themselves slower. That or setting the servers timescale, which slows the whole server.

Here, I made it into an add-on form. Just start the game, load the map, and put DisableOnMinigameReset(); into the console.

Creating an RPG that is extremely versatile for every aspect of anything people can come up with or use is very difficult, thus is why it hasn't been made. Most are created tailored to the situation that requires them.

They don't need to be global if he's executing a file within the function like that. It's the same concept of that person that wanted to execute a bunch of messageClient(%client,'',"blah"); within a server command.
