It was leaked on the internet(The game) yesterday, and some video game stores thought it was ok to sell it early. Rockstar and T2 sent out a document about this to the stores. They were not angry, oh no, they ARE ALLOWING EVERY STORE TO SELL THEM NOW.
Just call up your game stop/walmart/target whatever.
This was released earlier today, some stores might be clueless because of this.
