I assume it is actually rendered as one giant brick until you get close. Of course I don't know enough about game programming to be certain.
From what I can tell, things at a distance are rendered less detailed and kinda look blocky like Minecraft, and as you get up close more bricks are added and it becomes more detailed

This isn't such a close render distance that it's annoying though, i only noticed it when flying really long distances in a plane super high.

Also: game is pretty dang fun, but the controls are a little bit annoying and don't feel very intuitive.  Not sure if they intend on changing how they work entirely, but I would definitely say they need a little bit of work, especially for a PC Game.  They are passable with a controller but still annoying to use.  However, the building tools that are in place.. are super powerful, so hopefully bl doesn't die  :cookieMonster:

but ya I also am loving the way the vehicles appear to handle, also in some of the variety in vehicles and characters and environments.

Haven't seen much of the building so idk how to judge that yet

MINE TOO WE CAN HAVE A PARTY

but also that lego worlds game does actually look really neat, so far from what i've seen the i love the way the vehicles handle on the terrain, and the building seems pretty basic, where it's not unnecessarily difficult

i'll probably buy it soon, definitely since they're planning on adding multiplayer, that should be awesome.
OMG YA LETS PARTY ON BLOCKL---

And why we need this?
So you can make like cool structures that will fall if you destroy the base of them in minigames, or something else cool like that.

So doods, lets talk Lego Worlds eh?

I think it looks cool but I don't really like the floppy animations, or how it doesn't seem to stay true to Lego's color library with the terrain.  At the same time I'm totally willing to get over both of these things.

Also half of me hopes the game flops so Blockland lives forever even tho it's starting to become a little dated and probs won't be updated ever again.  cuz i'm selfish

THOUGHTS??

r u serious lol
the 6th???

Especially when you can replicate it 100%
Blockland doesn't have the correct archway so this build is really only 99% accurate....

It's a gift and a curse.
a version that does that would certainly still be convenient.. but an actual wand effect would be so much more practical in many of the situations you'd use something like this.  Surely there's a way for the bricks to be checked in the way the wand checks them... since the wand checks them that way.

Whoops, yeah there isn't a limit to what you can fake kill. Gonna add that to the OP.

The whole structure would get destroyed because all of the bricks are getting checked in a similar fashion to this:

Very slick!  I like it a lot :3

What is that pile of rocks in the front?  That looks like a cool brick I've never seen that.

Also, any interior pics?  Or not much interior yet?
