because the mini nuke is awesome, idk why it got failed.  And I also very much dislike noobs who ask that too.

I'm pretty sure it was banned because it's a horrible spammy weapon used only by badmins. Love the weapons!

Oh yeah, I gotta agree. I accidentally killed this guy, so they all started spawnkilling me. I killed them with some help( I think by YOU, Plant ) and they ragequitted. Nubs.
