Here is my full stance

Illegal to drive high (Same punishment as a DUI)

For sale from certain stores (like headshops or 7/11) to 18+

Illegal to sell to others (as in resale after buying it from a store which won't really happen because they can all buy it in a store so they won't bother buying from a street dealer thus taking Illegal dealers of the street)

Maximum possession limit outside of your property should be 1 ounce so if you are carrying it around it should be one ounce.

Sure, smoke entering your lungs isn't good for you. But neither is inhaling smog filled oxygen or many of the other chemicals in our air. You seem to be unaware that you can vaporize marijuana and consume it via edibles. And sure, a lot of incredibly intelligent people use marijuana, and do in fact score higher on their tests because they can focus. Look at me, I almost flunked out of school until I started smoking pot and actually did my work. Graduated a year early. And forget longer lifespans. I don't want to live to be 120 and a vegetable. I'd rather die at 60 and live it to the fullest. And yeah, a lot of stoners do waste away, but that's not because of what they're smoking, it's because they lack self-control and the ability to smoke weed, and not let it smoke them.

Same thing with alcohol, there a guys who have a beer or two at supper then there are alcoholics. Same exact thing with marijuana

EDIT: It's because my Netflix is under my moms name and she uses it all the time so she will see it in recently watched. She is one of those moms the flip the forget out and think I will die if I smoke weed and that you will get addicted really easily and a forgetton of other bullstuff totally  uneducated scare tactics. Fortunately I had the chance to educate myself before she brainwashed me

He might get paranoid. Sometimes when I'm high I kind of sketch out whether I'm just a little uncomfortable unless I'm at home sitting in my room or I think someone is out to get me. Being paranoid in his situation would be pretty bad. But if he doesn't react that way if we smokes before sleeping than he will be fine

It should be totally legal, and there should be no driving restrictions on it. If some dumbass wrecks his car whilst being baked, it's his own damn fault.
The word you're looking for is "Subsidize".

But it endangers others. People say that the government can't tell me what I can and can't put in my body unless it puts me or any others around me in danger. Marijuana has been proven to inhibit motor skills and reaction time.

I'm all for it, but they'd need a really quick way to test how high someone is, so that they don't crash their car into a light pole or something.

Or just not allowing driving under the influence at all. If it was legal people would be in the comfort of there own home doing it instead of driving to a secluded place to smoke it and be intoxicated thus driving back home whilst indangering others
