Help / Can't join my own Dedicated server?

I have this simple problem, Where when I start my Dedicated server, on LAN or Online, it either "Timed out" or "Cannot verify your BL_ID" [on LAN], I'm not sure what the problem is, Anyone help?
- Yes I have Port Forwarded
- I am not Banned or anything else from BL [Cept' servers -- Not my own]
- My IP is fine

He was on my server, Complaining about Connection problems also, I have not seen him talk about RTB, and or anything else BUT his connection.

On Topic: Wow, This is why I dont like dedicated servers (If it is one). They are usually vunerable to spammed due to the inactivity of the admins.
I do not believe that the host has RTB, So he cannot give out admins normally.

Hello, as you may know, there are a few KartRacing servers, this one in particular isen't the best you might see, people using Advanced chat Add-on to spam the server, show disrespect to others

Hello, I have a simple problem with RTB and or my server,
Whenever I start my server, I get a problem in which my server will reset all the Prefs, Logs, and everyones status, I have tried multiple things still nothing seems to work with it, Anyone help?
