About DragonicaDragonica, or Dragonica Online is a 3D/2D, fantasy, action-oriented, side scrolling Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (or MMORPG) developed by Barunson Interactive. The European version is published by Gpotato, the Korean version by PlayNC, Chinese version by Playcool, the US Version by THQ*ICE, and the SEA-ANZ version by IAHGames. It is a F2P game with a cash shop. It plays similar to other "action-arcade" games such as Lunia. It is comparable to the 2-dimensional MMORPGs, LaTale and MapleStory. You directly control your character and its actions with a keyboard, gamepad, or controller. The battle system is unique, and is not like traditional MMORPG's, such as World of Warcraft. Again, it is comparable to the combat systems of LaTale and MapleStory. However, unlike MapleStory, there is a Player vs. Player (PvP) combat system and even a Guild vs. Guild combat system.
ClassesWarriorWarriors are Dragonica's premiere tanking class because of their large amount of health and armor including their ability to deal decent damage in melee range. Their primary role is to close in the enemy, taking the hits for party members. In PvP combat, they use their strong stamina as a boon against heavy damage dealers like the magician.
ArcherLong-range projectile weapons require lengthy loading times and are often thought to be the most unwieldy and complicated weapon to be proficient at. Among all the long range weapons, the bow is especially notorious for being the hardest one to control.
Archers are those who have gone through the struggles and emerged as true conquerors of the bow. It is even more incredible to see that Archers are not only efficient in long range battle but also semi-efficient in close range.
They are very proficient at swift hit-and-run tactics. They tackle the enemy with guerrilla tactics and buy allies much-needed time in tight situations.
As Elga's dark force spreads slowly across the continent, the Archers have picked up their bows to join the war, lending invaluable strength to the small but indomitable forces standing between the Lord of Darkness and freedom.
ThiefThieves, lovers of the maverick lifestyle so disliked by the noble and righteous warriors and magicians, used to wander the dark alleys of cities and their slums, thoroughly enjoying what they did. They and their large city network are a hotbed for information… at a price, that is. So used to ambush and subterfuge, many in their ranks have almost literally never fought in a straight and “honorable” battle. Equipped with strong strength and speed, they make up a special force unmatched in urban guerilla warfare.
With the breath of Elga’s invasion wafting down their necks, even the thieves couldn’t bear to turn a blind eye on the plight of others. Reluctant but resolute, the once invisible Thief Guilds came forth as one to tip the scales in favor of the very society they used to surreptitiously work against.
MagicianIt is a lonely and difficult path that Magicians follow, often putting up with isolation to study sorcery.
Magicians love magic even more than anything. Thus, they endure all the hardships they encounter in the magic tower. Even though they are only apprentice magicians, they are more wise and reasonable than anyone in the real world. They have entered the magic tower to study sorcery to establish a new principle of sorcery. However, the crCIA that has come to their continent did not let them to focus on their study. They have realized that to finish their study, they must drive away the crCIA of the world. They did not hesitate to barge into the war knowing that there is solid difference between learning from study and learning from the battle.
BossesVagabondThis is the first Dungeon boss you meet in Dragonica. He is not particulary strong and is a nice meeting to the dungeon system.
Vagabond is the alpha male of the wolves. Dr. Farrell has increased his intelligence and placed him under the doctor's control. Vagabond's wolves recently have been attacking Odellia, and he has kidnapped Lylia, the mayor's daughter.
Attacks -
1. A basic slash.
2. A charge (which knocks players over if successful).
3. A roar (which knocks players over if successful).
4. A Tornado Slash.
Vegas/AkaziVegas is an evil black wolf. Which the player meets as the second dungeon boss in the game, after defeating Vagabond.
Attacks -
His attacks mainly consist of 4 attacks.
1. A basic slash
2. The same slash now with some white light, it summons a whirlpool, this one is ranged.
SangkaSangka is one of the two brothers (the other being Kungka) who lead the Udanka bandits. Sangka was once a nice ogre who helped administer the Dragon Fellowship tests, but was corrupted by the witch Paris. He and Kungka have started to attack Odellia's and Port of the Wind's guards. Once someone defeats him (in the Hero Quest), Paris' curse breaks, and Sangka does not remember what he just did.
Attacks -
1. Smashes his axe into the ground directly in front of him.
2. Throws his axe a fairly large distance horizontally. (This will hit you twice if you remain in its path.)
3. Stomps the ground, and then charges.*
4. Holds the axe behind him briefly, then spins and moves left or right. Only spins for about a second, as opposed to the other one.* (It has a fairly large 3-D range, so look out.)
5. Same as above, except he remains in one place and spins for 5-7 seconds.* Can easily kill you if you don't have instant heal potions. (Sangka uses this one very rarely. It is seen far more often during Kungka's battle.)
(*Will knock you down if it hits)
Everything above this is from the Dragonica Wiki.
These are the only bosses on the Wiki, for the rest, go play the game.
