 You can go to PAINT.net
Make some pictures and then make them like animating them.
Then you are set.
Go to http://www.picasion.com
To make your gif.
WARNING:
You can only make a gif with 10 pictures in total.
Then you click "Normal-300px wide" then click Advanced.
Then you put in 75 or lower.
Hope this helps.

GIF doesn't work on Paint.net
You need to seperate each image from the gif and trans them manually through Paint.net.
Or use a different GIF editing program.

i love it when people make stuff addons, then get pissed and lock the topic if people tell them what they did.
as an example i am going to tell you that all you did was was windows paint to recolor some guis. now you will get pissed at me for telling you that you made a pile of steaming horse stuff, and lock this topic, but first you will say something stupid, like "HAHAHA YOU ALL LICK snake!!1!!!!!111!" to get the last laugh.

It wasnt the limit.
IT was because they wont let you attach .ani files

But it wont let me.
