But they still use the motto anyways?
Like did they lose the lawsuit or win it because the red bull commercials I've seen on YouTube recently still say it gives you wings

its still someone elses work creating his profit
How can he be making money though?
I know you can fudge your age but I thought I saw somewhere he was like 16 or something, and a Google AdSense account requires you to be at least 18

yo this is a story all about how your life got flipped turned upside down when you decided to learn fair use law.

(now i ain't implying you're stupid or something and don't know fair law, but i'd like to take a minute to talk about the fact that cubular is basically stealing artwork)

Credit does not pay for the bills of the artists and animators out there, credit is expected when someone posts your own work on the internet, plus I am fairly certain saying this underneath your post which contains the artwork means "DO NOT loving USE THIS ARTWORK AND MONETIZE IT ON YOUTUBE."

But Cubular is doing exactly that, he is monetizing the work that other people spent their time on drawing, posting it on YouTube and slightly editing it and guess what? This does not fall under fair use law, this isn't parody or this isn't something he did with direct consent from original owner (At least none that we know of, he hasn't posted any pictures proving that he actually asked any original creator of the artwork for permission to use the artwork in his videos.), Cubular is basically stealing the work that these people made and is expecting that it's okay for him to do this stuff.

Well, putting a link in the description of your video to credit to give artists some well deserved credit does not put his video under protection from fair use law. Even with that link in the description Cubular still needs the express permission to use the artwork from the original artist, nobody can go out and willy nilly grab artwork and use it without asking first and plus, he is monetizing these videos for (albeit a small amount) money-- which in the case of, I am 100% certain that no artist would ever agree to allow somebody else to make money off of their own works.

Oh, I didn't know he was monetizing it
That's not cool
