Help / Respawning Empty Vehicles

I've seen a feature in a lot of TDMs where people are able to respawn unoccupied vehicles.

I can't figure out how to get it working. What events do I need?

Any help would be appreciated.

"Why did the chicken cross the road?" The chicken represents a person, the road represents life. so de-coded, the joke reads, "Why does one live?" and the answer is the meaning of the individual's existence.

The chicken crossed the road to get hit by a car and enter the afterlife, which is also called "the other side."

I am deaf. I was born with severe hearing loss in my right ear, and profound hearing loss in my left.
Luckily, I got my first hearing aids when I was 8 weeks old. I've been taught along with normal kids in public and private schools since.
I think that what Chelsea did was disgusting and immature. She went out of her way and scraped the bottom of the barrel for some crappy joke to put on her show.
I never learned ASL, but ever since I got a cochlear implant earlier this year, I've learned a lot about the deaf community.
We're every bit as human as every other minority and majority out there. I guarantee you that the deaf community is being no more butthurt than every other minority group that Chelsea has insulted.
Deaf people learn ASL to overcome their disability and communicate with each other. What Chelsea did is like someone making fun of you for being able to talk.

Also these crippled forgets cry about being the target of a joke, but they have never had a problem with any of the 300 other demographics Chelsea Handler has made fun of.

Fun fact: This is how petty the deaf community is. They actually shun other deaf people that use hearing implants because they are seen as "trying to become hearing".

If you were walking down a street and saw someone get mugged in an alley by a very large man, I am positive you would turn and walk away. Simple human nature.

Anyone in the deaf community who "shuns" people getting cochlear implants is an absolute idiot. That would be like refusing a prosthetic to someone born without a leg. True, there are some who do, but the main reason that deaf people don't get implants and hearing aids is because they don't have the money. Hearing aids cost thousands, and implants cost TENS of thousands.

tl;dr: Deaf people are no more butthurt than any other minority chelsea has made fun of, dkamm is a giant richard.

Going to a concert in Real Life

• See your favorite band live
• Brag that you were standing this close to famous people
• Listen to kick ass music live
• Shake your ass
• Have fun

Going to a concert in Blockland

• No thrill of being near famous people
• No seeing your favorite band
• No actual dancing further than jumping around and spinning
• No live music that you can dance to or appreciate with other people
• No fun.

Queen does not do independent concerts anymore, since Freddie is dead and John quit.
Bragging is for starfishs.
Queen makes kick ass music, who cares if it's live or not.
You move your character with other players.
Some semblance of fun may be achieved.
