my bamboo pen and touch tablet is pretty good when my sister doesn't put several pounds of books on top of it
it was $80 from best buy

the just pen tablet is cheaper though, i saw it for $60 :o

I might be able to get a new one at best buy. I have about 60-70 bucks left on my gift card that my relative got me on my birthday.

EDIT: will it work on any drawing program? Such as GIMP 2, Paint tool SAI, and MyPaint? And is it compatible with Windows 7?
