Off Topic / Does anyone every feel this way?

Like when you draw a picture on the computer, and you post it, on a forum or an art site, you're all like "HUR DURP THIS PIC IS SO AWESOME, ONCE I POST THIS EVERYONE WILL TREMBLE AT THE SITE OF MY DRAWING SKILLZ" or something like that. Then maybe a day later you look at your picture and you want to throw up and you're like "HOLY stuff THIS IS HORRIBLE, WHY DID I POST THIS HERE. STUPID, STUPID, STUPID" and you feel ashamed, and stuff. Yeah like that. Not particularly with just art. But everything. Seriously I do this all the time. And if anyone has this mental problem, is there a way to prevent this? Because it's kind of annoying to feel like I'm the ruler of the universe and then I wake up the next morning and I start self loathing and I begin to go into spiraling depression.
