In my opinion, it's a waste of time and money. It doesn't help me at all, it just brings more stress and pain into my life.
There only thing that helped me was my medication.. People say it's supposed to help, but I've been taking, hand therapy, land therapy, pool therapy and occupational therapy for years, and well, I'm seeing no positive effect here. I hate it. I really loving hate it.
Anyone elses' opinions?
