It's not that it would lag or anything, it just doesn't look all that great.i noticed that. hey what would be a good way to make them less poly? do i have to merge the extra polies together or is there an easier and faster way?
Nice, but the thing supporting the blades is way too high poly.i'll try cutting that down.
To the jointed area. It would help if you are aiming towards a steampunk themed tool.going to try, what part do you mean by "jointed area"? the part where the blades start?
Add some gears, and a lot more joints.gears on a saw?
Make it look like it didn't come from a SAW movie. That does not look like steampunk at all. It needs more victorian.I'm modeling from a picture. steampunk or not, i just want suggestions about the model. it looked like out of a saw movie in the picture, so thats what you're getting here.
