Suggestions & Requests / Voicechat. Hear (read?) me out.

Okay, I've seen other topics for this and these are the main complaints.
-Little 9 year olds screaming into the mic
-People complaing and asking questions
-(if you have more tell me)
I think we could add things to keep this from happening
-The option to mute
-And, why not just put no mic spamming in the welcome message or something?
-The option to be able to hear/use voicechat.

1st: Admin orb that is black smoke (Like the thing on Lost)
2nd: Weapon(s) that by hitting a button(Zoom button maybe?) You can look through the sights. Like COD.

If you could make either of these for me I would appreciate it.

I need a script that makes you run out of ammo after a while, and events that give you more. I'd ues rotondo's gamemode zombie but I don't like the zombie things. Just the ammo.
