but is it more possible than any other server??Yeah so far ive only had about 15 people play over hosting for 5+ hours.
i don't really know what i'm trying to get at, i guess it's just that this is a realistic tdm not a tactical tdm
however, if you call it that then you get a bunch of tards coming in saying either
1: blockland is not realistic you noob
2: not realistic enough you noob
yeah i dunno. i might drop by and see how it plays, might not... i had a nice time arguing semantics though!
by definition, you're technically right, however, planning and coordinated efforts usually go hand in hand.And that’s possible in this server.
realism, not tacticalTactical doesn't have to be with the team working together.(it is alot better when they do though).
tactical is when you plan out your manuevers -tommy take the cover in the middle, i'll go along the right, you cover us, and you, jon, flank them and try to get around them and attack from the other side
that's tactical. that's strategy. that's nearly impossible in loving blockland cause everyone is an starfish who won't follow orders. i swear so many games would be better with teams that work together.
Wouldn't really call that tactical.I guess you can do that too.
Tactical would be more adding strategy to things you do in the game, not just ducking for cover and firing in burst.
i'm the kind of guy who likes frozen synapse. hypertactical, if you come around the corner the wrong way you die.
what's in this tdm for me? why are the weapons considered tactical? the playertype is good for balancing stuff and making it more "realistic" but i'm still not sold on "tactical."
it would be nice to have some pictures in a more normal FOV like 90 so we can properly see the depth. 120 is good for fps, not good for pictures that are supposed to represent stuff
what specifically makes this tdm tactical? cover?

Can you use Taboo's Hitmarkers? I think would go along very nicely with this server.Good idea. I'll use them. I need to restart the server first.
That's a terrible picture but it actually looks nice.Yeah I know i'll take some better ones once the map looks nicer. this just lets you see how the obstacles are placed.
