So? I trust you guys, and besides, its not like you forgeters know my password. You can send me as much stuff as you want; I'll just delete it

Not what I was referring to.

Spam bots often cycle through websites and pick up on email addresses, where they are collected and abused.

You really need to do a 101 on email security.

I've made a new Live account, under the email ma*******.spncr@gmail.com if anyone wants to add me again.

Now you've just opened that one up to spam.

Starting to see why your email accounts are so screwed.  :cookieMonster:

I agree with Kniaz, it sounds cool, but with just fists it would more of be "jump around and punch each other".

Since you want to have a successful Blockland channel I'm going to be blunt and tell you what you need to know. No sugar coating.

I found this video uneventful and boring.

The guy being sprayed by a can was perceived as failed random humor. Its really, really cliched.

You also made two mistakes; one of not getting rid of the Fraps logo with a letterbox effect, and two by having a quarter of your video taken up by really slow unnecessary credits.

3/10

You have a long way to go if you want to come close to a channel like Eksi's I recommend:

- Better editing, make it cleaner and more interesting (but don't over do the effects, keep it simple)
- Better camera angles, and more interesting shots
- Know what you are doing before you film, you have made a very typical video that to me suggests you started a server and tried to make it up as you went along
- Don't add credits, or if you do, make them no more than 6% of the video run time (4 seconds of credits in your 1 minute video would be more than enough)
- Be considerate about music, don't just find some OGG you have in your Blockland folder

You have rushed this. Enjoy the process, enjoy making it. Nobody wants to watch videos like this in a world where Blockland videos are becoming more and more common.

I like how you just posted a bunch of peoples emails online for the world to see.

Ooo zonearks email. Oo shinji's email. Ooo

This is why you don't PM or email Blocklanders. They always give away your messages and contacts.

admitting

Who would be stupid enough to do that?

Stuff like this always happens because people are e-handicapped. That is why Internet Explorer had a grip for so long.

Reminds me of the case where that teacher confiscated Linux discs for being illegal, and she got barraged with hate mail from people all over the world.

Apparently DaProgs said he didn't ban them as it was a beta server and they were useful in that they found exploits.

He says he doesn't agree with the trolling and things are different at the server now its non-beta.

Case closed.

DaProg still won't perma them.

Pload is now connecting twice to exploit the system. Highscores also got randomly erased again.

out of the box apple isnt designed to do half of what you guys want. but working around the issues dosnt earn bragging rights when you could have paid much less for a machine and OS that already was capable.

Money wasn't a consideration for me, I do most of my stuff on a PC laptop nowdays. I've got a MacBook I use for video and graphical editing (to coin a stereotype), an old G3 iMac and Clamshell I tinker with for fun, and a hackintosh I'm building.

Our PC desktop had really stupid hardware with drivers that are non-existent anymore (vendor pulled them) and all my old laptops running Windows failed after a few years. This is why my confidence in that hardware is waning.

most people am buy mac for be easy, no buy for other stuffz

Disagree. Where is the evidence for that?

People are attracted to the Mac for how it looks, or the brand, and the salesman does the rest. That is the reality for most consumers who buy computers.

Anybody who is computer competent will choose based off what they prefer, and what they need. There is a growing balance in people who choose to use the Mac as there are people who go for a Windows based machine. Thats because both operating systems can do what you want them to if you look beyond your doorstep and bother to try.

well then that would kill all debate that WINE lovers have left.

the business model of "if we cant do it, then it wasnt supposed to ever be done" is very lazy.

do all apple users believe they are using super powerful machines simply because photoshop, facebook, and excel arent lagging? lol

heres a news flash. them things run perfectly well on a PC as well. all the crashes and driver issues, and software incompatibilities are involved in advanced computer use. i know a mac user wouldnt understand what that means though.

I'm not sure where you got any of that from but all of it is a fallacy.

is mac really handpicking the hardware for the..... anything that runs on..... anything?

No, the software is specifically made to cater to the selected hardware for best performance and stability.

I'm merely pointing out that most mac users paid double for the same hardware simply because they wanted a simple to use OS.

No.

You pay for the design, the stable integration, the build quality, the support. You need to better understand Apple's philosophy.

When you get a Mac you don't have to worry about the power of the hardware, because its pre-picked to work. When you get a PC there are so many variations and it all affects the software performance. That is Windows strong point and big failure.

Windows supporters don't get this.

The best of both worlds is to do what I do and own both. Then you lose out on nothing.

The only benefit to using a mac over a PC is if you are not smart enough to use "complicated" windows, hence why people claim it is just for idiots.

You seriously think that? Then you aren't qualified to talk about operating systems.

The only thing simple is your understanding of Mac OSX.

Most Windows users were stupid enough to not even figure out how to right click with a Mac 'back in the day'. I think that is case in point that Windows users just aren't "right" for Mac OSX, and it explains why they know so little about it.

And I can't agree with him at all. We all have fractured views on this.

Thats what you get with controversial matters I suppose.
