They are abusing the server.

Drama / Daprogs Falling Platforms: Lex & Predator Abuse
« on: April 22, 2012, 08:21:04 AM »
Predator (ID 215) and Lex (ID 177) decided to ruin DaProgs falling platforms today.

The server was great before they screwed with things. The server was running fine until Pload and Predator managed to jump out of the arena and find a safe spot in a door that was glitched.

I left the server to have a snack and watch TV.

I come back about an hour or two later. The server game is out of control, malfunctioning. Lex and Predator have managed to gain over 15k score each in the round. Each time the platforms fall, a player gets a score of 1 if they are participating. My score seemed to be locked from a previous game that I was forced to leave when Pload found the glitch and delayed the game.

I'm not sure what they did, but they exploited a way to get out of the arena and some way or another the server is going wild spamming them points.

Why do people have to ruin good servers? The fun in this is participating, not having a high score. You would assume this was trolling, but the server seemed nearly empty apart from a couple others who visited at the time I passed through. They seemed to be alone, and must have been doing this for at least an hour.

I'm not aware of who Lex is, but I really liked Predator up until this point. There was a lot of chat trolling by various players before everyone left, so I have suspicion that Pred and Lex's actions were encouraged by the atmosphere the server had during this time; it was almost like a 'Annoying Orange' of the trolling from before.

Below is an image where all the platforms were going wild. I have a video if anybody cares that much to see it. It was an interesting sight. You can imagine the chat spam.

I don't usually drama for server antics but this server abuse was extra disappointing because it was a decent place before they ruined it.

for my own religious reasons, it personally disghusts me that such a thing has become an acceptable practice. of course,

Do you still burn witches?

Or has society and religion suddenly decided that was wrong? So then, what things today in the bible will be the wrongdoings of tomorrow?

Get out of the dark ages. Homoloveual love isn't a human invention. But God probably is if evidence and logic is anything to go by.

I saw on this show on Discovery about love and relationships and it said that a poll conducted showed most homoloveual men do not engage in brown town love and that it was a stereotype.

I wouldn't eat them. Probably harmless but eating any food product that has been sitting around a cupboard for two years isn't a smart move.

Apparently this is what they are made of:

Quote
sugar malterdextrin rice starch gum arabic artificial flavors magnesium sterate cariauba way yellow 5 blue 1

Not sure but that is what a website said.

Brain was not listed for good reason.

Just teasing.

As a child I would occasionally lash out, and on one instance violently lashed at somebody-- but never in public view or at school.

As a teenager I'm not worked up by people, and I never "lose it". Getting angry is natural. Having violent or aggressive outbursts is not, and it might be a sign you are having trouble dealing with stress. "Random" outbursts is even stranger.

It is normal to have bad days and not deal with people well, but you need to make sure that doesn't translate as a punch to the chest.  :cookieMonster:

I find it easy to brush off what people say simply by putting things in context and having perspective on situations. This way you can filter out who and what is worth your time. Whether you should take it seriously or laugh it off. Though it sounds like in the situation you listed in the OP, you were frustrated and the comments pushed you over the edge (rather than being the actual source).

You identified that you shouldn't have lashed out in anger. Now you just need that to click in your head before you act out.

If you are a teenager it could be chemical. An angry male teen, now that's not unusual. :3

Am I becoming the hulk?

I think that is indisputably the truth. We must prepare for the worst.

Yes, shifty eyes.

Generally, Kalphiter, blinking is an act of covering the eyes, not losing the pupil.  :cookieMonster:

The tension is growing indeed. Some characters are even starting to lose trust with each other as conspiracy arises that the so called 'Self Delete' may have been more than just that.
