are you trying to sound like you are popular?

Actually, there was a time I was harassed a lot for my videos, as is Eksi, was Squideey, and perhaps as Pablo is now, but a lot of people who knew of me, as the PDF states.

You can deny this but ultimately I was at the receiving end.

Anyone else notice this?

Uh, derp.

All of the content in the book is based off my recounts and quoted parts of my interviews. The person who wrote it for me didn't add in his views, what I decided to talk about was what was ultimately added.

guys im pretty sure icy was having a bad day so he wrote a book to show his mom he wasn't a failure

I preferred it when you used to beg me on IRC to come to your server and film you. How times change. <3

I find this brilliant. It makes what he said more "compatible" with people of difference race, religion, and belief.

Though, sometimes America does have its random spouts of being really pro-religion (mostly older people and crazy middle-aged hicks from smaller towns) to the point its weird, so no wonder why the media jumps on it and portrays it negatively. Glad atheism is on the rise though. Huehue.

research project given $790,000

Quote
Auckland researchers have been awarded almost $800,000 to study research.

The $790,000 study by University of Auckland staff will look at the relationship between researchographic movies and people's real lives, examine our views on it, how it reflects and impacts society, and will include studies on young men and women, an art exhibition, an interactive website and a public symposium.

The project is one of 88 nationwide to receive a slice of $53.8 million handed out in Marsden Fund Grants last month.

The fund is regarded as a ''hallmark of excellence'' which allows New Zealand's top researchers to explore their ideas.

Its nearing 200 downloads, so yes.

It turns out there is actually some support for this PDF. I've been receiving it in the form of PMs or online chats over Steam, and email.

This isn't at all surprising. If I was anyone else I certainly wouldn't post my support here when there are 4 or so people making it their business to beat down on anyone who tries to offer an alternative view.

Interesting isn't it.

I'm sure that most of the people who downloaded it didn't actually read any of it. That's what I did at least.

You accidentally caught yourself in the mirror and had to pump weights.

Why would you feel that it's necessary to have a damn book written about you when all you've done is developed some stuff for Blockland?

Its suppose to be a pseudo-"life" story, mostly to tell the MicroBlock story and cover my projects, but made in a way that makes it sound like Blockland is a world in itself and IcyGamma is a person in this world, rather than me as a player.

I believe people aren't angry at the content (well, some of you are obviously) but rather angry that not only could I get someone to write 20,000 odd words about what I did in a game, but that hundreds of people would read it. Jealouz.

You're just mad because I wrote about how much of a nutjob you were. Its okay to be angry by that.

Just finished reading the entire thing, lost of nostalgia with the old MicroBlock and I remember being there for the new MicroBlock stuff, like the you vs Slick argument and Seventh's app stuff... MicroBlock needs a server again... :c

Blame Slick. >:I

Might I add, anyone who honestly believes I didn't expect this kind of reaction, given that people went into meltdown over much sillier things like TBB, is naive.

The only thing I'm surprised about is how Colten hasn't chimed in, he is the only person to surprise me with his response (or lack of) so far.

Say who did or you're full of stuff

Again, I refuse to turn on him, especially after the response that has been posted, just to please people who will make up some other lie to focus on after I prove to them that their current fixation is false. I'm not walking into that trap. I'd rather you think I was a liar.

What member of this community would be insane enough to write a novella about any other member, no matter how prominent they are? Who would take the time to research everything bout your early days when no one knew who you were? Or get all the quotes you made for the book?

I think its pretty obvious after what I've said about people here that any Blockland friends I have are quite the opposite of the kind we have in this topic. Since my ego supposedly so big and I am supposedly so pompous, you can imagine what kind of people I hang out with.

Just because we aren't as lazy and unproductive as you doesn't make any difference. I'm sorry but there you go.

EDIT: (and again, if you read it you would notice that was had a lot of interviews with each other this month-- anyone who tries to criticize or argue about the book who has not read it, is wasting their time).

I'll say it one last time, I did not write this. Its pretty obvious I didn't if you read any of it.

I did not read your crappy Biography, sorry that you didn't get me to waste my time on your huge ego  :cookieMonster:

Thanks for admitting you only came here to whine. At least now I have proof most of you are just criticizing me, rather than the work of ours, which is what I've always been happy to accept.
