Right click Taskbar > Use Small Icons
hurr interface theme

If you've ever been involved in a netbook community, you'll notice that customized icons of that size are extremely common in themes esp. for XP.

Whether this is available as an option in Win 7 doesn't really make me wrong. No, I've never needed to enable tiny icons before since I don't have a screen from 2006 so I'm not sure whats so funny.

They're an excellent brand

From my experience they are shoddy build quality.

just right click on start and go properties then taskbar then select use small icons.

Protip: thats not designed for reasonable desktop or laptop screens.
