How would you beg to differ? You most definitely don't use both OSes every day as I do, so you're unable to see all the unfixed problems in Windows 7 that have never once happened to me in Vista.

Oh I see, my opinion is irrelevant because I don't casually run Vista and 7 side by side each day.

You don't seem to understand the definition of the idiom; its disagreement. I for one have had a far better experience. What do I care if you want to be stuck using that anyway, your choice.

Okay then, so we have professionals who stick to XP. They widely and strongly backlashed against Vista, but not 7. Does that not say anything to you?

You are beginning to make a really moot point. Saying Vista is a great OS is just like joining the small crowd that claims Internet Explorer is amazing. You are convincing nobody.

I've been using Vista almost ever since it came out (sans the year or so I used Windows 7 beta), and rely on it. I can't rely on Windows 7 on a laptop I paid well over $1000 for, though.

I beg to differ.

Then explain why I've experienced one complete lockup, two BSoD's, and Explorer crashes when going to the Control Panel on 7, and on Vista, I've never gotten even one BSoD, or crashing when going to the Control Panel.

Oh wow, one exception obviously proves Vista is reliable! Lets just ignore thousands of day to day users and ICT professionals who dislike Vista and have very good reason to! Because Windows 7 just came out of nowhere so fast for no reason, right?

According to what I've seen written, and the discussions I've had and read regarding the bill, it covers file sharing in general. Please highlight an area of the bill that contradicts this, I'd happily like to see my error in a quote from it.
