Help / Can see shaders but not shadows.

My shaders look fine, and i have a good graphics card, so i'm not sure what's wrong.

I just can't see shadows.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Hey, i've been out of the country since July without electricity or a computer, and i just logged on to the forums and holy stuff. Could someone help me out with what's new? I'm pretty confused on things i should do / gamemodes.

Yes, another nation simulator.
This one is alot more fun though, and there's alot more to do.

It can get pretty complicated and has alot to do with trading/resources/war.

I was wondering if there was a way to restrict changing your avatar, or just a way to keep it on only one setting.

DE TRAIN

I've been building this for over 2 days now, and it's almost to much work for one person. I could use some help. All you need is Counter Strike (having garry's mod will help alot too).
What i've done so far:
