same thing happened at my school. except it was 15,000 and it was in one bathroom. They had to vacuum them all up, there were hundreds dead on the floor from being stepped on. it was horrible.

The senior who did it said it was 15,000. Though he didn't explain how he got them or how even knew how many there were. But there was a crap ton of them.

also someone lit the bathroom on fire once.

OT: yeah our principal actually banned the seniors from school because the pranks went from jokes and games to vandalism
