What the hell, does your dad even act as part of the family? If you don't have any brothers or sisters, screw your mother, the majority always wins. Tell your mom that your dad is responsible etc etc and just go at the game shop with your dad.

Also, parents were like this before, however I convinced them with all my "feelings" and fake emotions how I won't copy anything I see in a bad game. They fell for it, and now I beat hookers daily with baseball bats. It worked for Driv3r, and now I'm entrepreneur in in CoD and GTA IV.
