Like Keonesan, programs starting up at the boot.
My sister has lots of programs start up during boot, that takes up %75 of my CPU.
So I close them down and it goes back down to %1.

I don't know why it would stay there. Just scan your computer. A virus might have slid through your defences.

My router will not accept that, it assigns ports for a specific user on the network.
Ex:

    TYLER-PC                                      XP
28000-28030   <cannot use port because it is already in use>

Then use the 28031 - 28032 for 32 player servers.
At least I'm sure that's how it would work.

Yeah, the thing is, it took me 40 minutes because I just started to use Audacity, and was puzzled on how to cut out parts. Turns out you have to stop the song. Plus, there'd always be a odd noise at the end. Soo it took a while to crop off some milliseconds.

Also, the thing is, it's distorted a bit and choppy because I downloaded the song off youtube, then to mp3, then .ogg, I've experimented with other songs like that, but they have lost quality.

Also, if you could Eksi, chop off the part of the song I used from your, obviously much clearer sounding file, and I can spend another heavy amount of time cropping it back to this.
