i think the treatment of protestors is also going a little too far if you ask me. for example: tear gassing them and bringing in military vehicles.
If they're blocking infrastructure, it seems like a necessary evil.
They all have the ability to protest peacefully from the sidewalk without causing any problems.

i dont know if you've been seeing this, but there is literally a terrifying, hivemind-like general consensus on tumblr that is spreading false information and somewhat credible information at the speed of light, and i think i mentioned this, but witch hunts to attack blogs who dont support or are neutral on the situation
Considering I'm only a small blog which only exists to follow a bunch of weird Japanese artists, the amount of stuff I'm seeing on this issue which is completely fabricated to every corner of the word is absolutely slambabblingly scary.

its ok to admit when you're wrong, y'know?
I would have to agree with this, since I had to admit it myself :P

My personal view is that if an average citizen shot someone without self-defense being painfully evident, they'd get sent to trial immediately. Maybe not convicted, but at least tried for murder or homicide.
I would have to agree with you on that as well.

One thing I do appreciate Kimon doing however, is that he isn't picking "evidence" off tumblr feminist articles that cherrypicked their evidence to begin with. A lot of the rebuttal asks and statements on that website are completely baffling, as they only pick the one sentence that supports them from some pro-movement blog. It's surprising how little these people want to put forward to educate themselves and try to visualize the whole picture instead of visualizing one sentence.

yeah i guess that's reasonable, but i still dont think we should give up on trying to indict him, because there definitely is some evidence.
All the evidence supplied so far seems to be completely neutral, and can be contested by conjecture from both sides. It's not enough to send someone to trial on.

at this point i think this discussion is just a waiting game for definite evidence
Sadly, I doubt it's going to come around.
Whatever could be picked at has been it seems. It's like a jigsaw puzzle with a quarter of the pieces missing or with the images peeled off.

Off Topic / Re: What do you consider your favorite operating system?

ok favorite would be windows 98 because it stuck out to me as a kid.

the feels i get when i use it ok ;_;.
I know that feel bro.
Because of this, I have quite the affinity for anything that resembles 98, such as the "Classic" win7 style. It just takes me back.

how did you come to that conclusion? you realize that jury members are just average citizens, right?
I was actually not aware how that works in the States. Being from another country. I legitimately thought it would've compromised of people who are familiar with a lot more court cases than a normal citizen, but thanks to SS linking me with a reliable resource, I was indeed wrong.

excuse me for getting held back by "
Warning - while you (etc.)"
every damn time i try to post
That isn't really relevant. Moreso, you still failed to cite a proper resource in the above quote, which could've left me to believe it was all personal conjecture, if a proper document wasn't supplied stating otherwise.

2768
Uh no, jurors are selected like any other kind of trial jury.

Thank you. At least someone here has the ability to cite to support their claims.

i cannot obtain evidence that these doctors did or did not give darren wilson painkillers and tell him to leave without explaining whether or not he had injuries, but common sense seems to say "yes"
Then it also goes without saying that the members of the grand jury are professionals themselves, correct? I mean, it's only common sense. That's why they were put onto the case in the first place.

2770
that is pretty irrelevant. i was asking what professionals they were referring to when they cited them
And I am too. Can you cite the doctors please?

2771
Could you cite your sources and provide this as proof?
Not all doctors as professional as this you know.
i obviously cannot provide proof for that, but you seem to operating without trusting common sense at all.

gah

I'm much more inclined to believe professionals(I'm pretty sure the grand jury is made up of some of the best) who make a living off of doing this kind of thing then a bunch of random people on the internet.
where the forget are these "professionals" that you guys refuse to cite? says a lot, dont you think

2772
im pretty sure the doctors would have explained his injuries rather than give him painkillers and tell him to hit the road.
Could you cite your sources and provide this as proof?
Not all doctors as professional as this you know.

2773
he said that he got head trauma of some sort, the medical report contradicts that.
Seems so.

However, whenever I slap or hit myself in the face, it leaves no discernible trauma for any significant period of time after the impact. Who knows, maybe Brown was a stuffty fighter, and Wilson was just a little puss-puss when it came to taking punches.

2774
did you read the document or are you just loving with me
Where does it state that he lied about his injuries.

2775
clearly the image of the document broke for you

Neither of these two records have anything pertaining to the direct quotes shown in the other 2 puush links.

All I am is curious if I missed something. There's no need for sass. I'm not trying to antagonize you.
