Which documents do these cite? I don't see them in that big post, nor have I seen them in any post.

I'm just curious whether or not these were claims made by you, or by the doctors/investigators themselves.

the injuries were pre-existing, or the injuries were caused by a different event that darren wilson did not mention.

This is somewhat of a redundant statement. They're more-or-less the same thing. Unless I'm misreading your intended definition.

I will have to agree with Alyx that not all bruises are huge black welts as seen in movies. It is very possible that the red blemishes are in fact bruises. I bruise in a similar manner, albeit that's user when I fall down, and hurt my legs.

However, who knows. Maybe Brown was stuff at throwing punches.

so basically, you believe a lawyer paid to defend darren wilson is infinitely more credible than medical reports and autopsies?

A lawyer isn't supposed to be credible evidence.
A lawyer is supposed to convince others that the evidence isn't relevant to the alleged crimes the defendant committed.

They're professional liars.

If there are significant variances on data from case to case to case, along with the influence of personal bias, it doesn't really count as viable information.

I am guilty of this myself, but I haven't seen you cite any reliable sources in all your claims. The influence of personal bias nulls most "evidence" people claim to have, unless it can be backed up by unbiased sources.

a jury of random people and people getting paid to defend that man are more credible than facts, medical experts, medical reports, and countless photos on social media

i know you guys all love to be friends and yell the old "lol tumblr is loving stupid!" rhetoric constantly but social media can be more reliable than some news sites at this point

Like all media, everything should be taken with a grain of salt unless it can consistently be cited as viable information.

I thought there was claims from people against the killing that no police report was filed in the first place, which Wilson confirmed himself in an interview, if I recall correctly.

I guess it was just the environment I was raised in I suppose. I don't mind a little censorship here and there as long as it is (or at least seems) beneficial. I can't really see a downside to prohibiting "Hate Propoganda" (as the country defines it), aside from making the aggressors angry about it.

Especially in the case of the kool kids klub or even Westboro Baptist Church. I think it works for the better so less of those types of negative nellies are around.

Umm, the event did not happen in Canada (judging by the tag kool kids klubUSA). Your laws are irrelevant to the debate. Also, it is not a heinous crime to express an opinion.

The response is moreso towards the first statement you made about Racism is not being a crime. As far as I'm concerned, it is. :P
