I feel like the grand majority of kool kids klub members have not participated in any heinous crimes. Furthermore, the general population is not, and should not be, judge, jury, and executioner.
When hate speech itself is punishable by up to 14 years in prison, advocation of discrimination against the black population itself is a heinous crime. This isn't a decision by the public either, this is government law here in Canada. Wanting to oppress people of their basic freedoms is against the law. I'm glad these names got out, I don't want these people in my country.

If anything, what Anonymous is doing is also covered by freedom of speech, as they chose to vocalize problems within the kool kids klub. Their methods of doing so however are not as legal.

Being tribal isn't a crime. Freedom of expression is a fundamental American institution. What is freedom of expression if you are only free to express the popular opinion? Attacking people doesn't change their minds, it makes them more set in their ideas and more likely to respond.
Hate speech goes against the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and is punishable by jail time, at least here up north. Being bigoted is definitely a choice that is covered by freedom. Trying to oppress others with that stuffty ideology isn't freedom. It is hate speech.

This is a horrible invasion of privacy and I can't believe you guys support them.
It's justifiable when the victims hide behind masks and want the blacks gone.
They expect no repercussion because the members are faceless, and thus can be as tribal as they want.

Now that their names (among other things) are out there, maybe they'll think twice about what they did.

Flame tanks <3
That's an assault gun if anything.

also im pretty sure that him getting married recently was so his stuff could be more legally protected
That seems pretty far fetched.

There was minimal palpable pain to the left mid maxillary region, which is the area roughly between the nose and the cheek on the left side, and noted with no deformity (i.e., no visible injury); mild palpable pain on the right mid mandible and maxillary region (the nose-cheek area plus cheek). If this bruise was sustained from Mike Brown punching him, he would’ve had to reach around him to the other side and punch him. (Wilson would have been in the driver seat, on the left side, with his left cheek showing; the bruise is on his right cheek.)
Being in a couple kerfuffles myself, I will say that you do sway your head back and forth while in a fight in a loose attempt to minimize any damage you take yourself. It's not impossible that he could've sustained bruises from looking around for his mace/gun (as he claimed) and trying to defend himself, however the injury photos themselves are very uninteresting to say the least.

They need to be taught to discharge their weapons as either A) Last resort or B) There is already an active fire fight.
That is how they're taught.

if we use that credit card info, will we get in trouble ;-;
very much so since you're pretty much stealing the money from those major corporations.
And with big companies comes big lawyers!

^yes thats a jet engine
That is true. It was designed for clearing mines.
It was also horribly inefficient, both in fuel usage and in effectiveness. Plus the T-34 frame couldn't hold the weight very well.

^yes its a bridge
No, that's not a bridge. It's an early design of "tank" that was meant to cross large trenches on revolving rails.

^yes its a tank
No, that's not a tank by technical terms.

the autopsy showed that 2 killing blows were delivered to his head as he was falling, unless im mistaken
The shots from the vehicle must've been the higher shoulder and neck wounds then

Yeah he was shot once on the top of the head and once through the right eye.
I'm aware of that, however if they were the 2 shots that were discharged while Wilson was in his Tahoe is a different story.

2802
Even considering what Jubel said about the stopping power of standard-issue police pistols, I think it would be pretty hard to accomplish that after being shot straight through the head.
Was it ever confirmed that the shots fired from the vehicle went through the head?
The interview said Wilson was unaware what was happening because he was trying to protect himself with his arm, so I can imagine it might be a shot near the shoulder or the one near the collarbone/neck.

WARGAMING FAKES: THE HAPPENING or WORLD OF FAKES THE GAME
These tanks never existed aside from being thought of. Such as the Jpz E-100. Even though the idea of putting a big gun on an E-100 frame was an idea formed by those goofy national socialist's, the war was so close to ending that it was a idea not worth putting any time into. Especially when the E-100 only had one frame in existence at the time as well (iirc)

Jagdpanzer E-100

The design of it is completely made up by Wargaming. The more "historically accepted" fake design something that looked closer to a Jagdpanzer 38t or Jagdpanzer IV, with a huge casemate where the gun was mounted on the front. (The only problem with this was that the gun would be way too heavy, and would put too much stress on the front suspension.)

E-50M

Pretty much completely made up by Wargaming, loosely based on the E-Series tanks the Germans wanted to make after the war in order to have them all similar in design and complexity in order to keep reliability high and part supply high as well. Although none of them, sans the E-100 were even started at all.

FV215b and FV215b (183)

It's was a cancelled projected that never really made it off the drawing board. The FV215b was planned, but nothing about it ever existed, except for the idea of mounting a 183mm gun to contest against soviet heavy tanks of the time, even then, the 120mm gun it mounts in game never existed at all.

T28 Casemate

It never existed. It's a T95 with slightly less armour for game reasons, and one less pair of tracks.

T28 """Prototype"""

It's fake.
The farthest the design got was this

and afaik even it's debatable whether it's even a real design.

Waffentrager E-100

Similar to the Jagdpanzer E-100, it was an idea that never made it onto paper, like at all.
While the Waffentrager Pz IV and Rheinmetall borsig designs were slightly historical as those designs were all about making high powered gun carriers. (although as it stood, they were more similar to SPGs that didn't carry any bullets, if I'm recalling correctly), but this one is completely made up. (Aside from the 128mm gun autoloader. That is the only thing that existed in real life.)

Reading the past few pages, it seems a few people are misunderstanding how strong a bullet actually is.

It should be noted that the gun Wilson used was a .40 calibre bullet (10.16mm). They're standard issue, and have moderate to low stopping power against a human.

The thing with police guns is that they're meant to inflict pain to take the person down, not to kill. Similar to a tazer, but more damaging. Which is why normally police aim for the legs or arms where fatal injury is less likely to happen. Even then, a shot to the stomach or possibly lung would be survivable if rushed to the hospital on time.

The bullet itself is more or less a solid chunk of lead/copper. It's not meant to do anything special but go through the skin and get stuck in the body. They're not supposed to leave out the other side to reduce damage as much as possible. They're meant to stop you, not to kill.

(Disregarding accidental hits to the vital organs.)

On the other hand, if a person is shown that he isn't going to go down without a fight, usually when they're armed with guns of equal or greater firepower, the police won't take a chance until the weapons are clearly released from their hands, even if it means taking a life.

In comparison, a .30 calibre round in a hunting rifle is much different. These bullets could easily kill a man if impacted on most parts of the body. They're designed to compress as soon as they hit flesh, or even deform when in mid-air, looking similar to this.

These are very deadly, as they're meant to cause as much internal bleeding as possible to leave a trail, and to get the heart/lungs to fail as quickly as possible.

They're not used by the police because even a shot to the ankle could cause someone to bleed to death very quickly. These types of bullets aren't even used against soldiers in war, as they're considered inhumane and cruel. (Afaik)

This is what a .40 calibre round should look like if coming out the other side of a person.

The bullet should stay in one piece to minimalize blood loss.

The purpose of the bullet is to put the person in shock, hopefully stopping them from doing whatever action the police were telling them to stop doing.

However in this case, we have the problem of the person being shot 6 times. Doesn't really matter what calibre the bullet is. It could be a .22 round for the sake of this example. There will be too many holes in you, and you will be losing a lot of blood. However, 1 shot isn't always enough to take down a man. Two to three hits are quite often what it takes to subdue the assailant

In the claims of Wilson, Brown kept coming forward at him, causing him to discharge 4 more shots at him to halt his activity. At least going off the RCMP laws that I'm aware of, the shooting count is justified, as they're meant to stop the person from attacking, and it's only when Brown's body and mind realized that it was in trouble, and the adrenaline stopped flowing, that he probably fell to the ground and died.

Adrenaline is the body's natural painkiller. If the statements of Brown attacking Wilson through the vehicle were true, it would've been surging through his system due to flight or fight instinct, and in which case his brain chose fight. In the event of this happening, the brain prepares itself for the pain about to come when fighting, and can potentially shrug off bullets until the pain is too intense to ignore, or succumbs to the injuries.

An example more people could relate too would be if they ever got into a physical fight with someone, you normally don't realize how much pain you're actually in until the fight is over or you're loosing horribly. Or when you manage to experience something partially traumatic, such as a scary slip on ice, only to when you can catch your breath an re-orient yourself, you suddenly realize. "Ow, my tailbone loving hurts"

Also, I've chosen to take neutral ground again because I was being a huge loving cunt earlier. Can't really justify it either, but whatever. It's not fun being angry over nothing.
Apologies to Kimon, and Foxscotch and anyone else respectively effected. I don't have the capacity to debate intelligently without throwing around insults like skittles in one of their commercials.

I will stand by the stance however, that based on how the evidence can be inconclusive, that the grand jury couldn't have come to a possible conclusion based on whatever evidence they had that could completely prove Wilson guilty. While I do now see that letting him off scott free isn't the best thing to do, it could've been the Jury's only choice if the provided evidence was inconclusive. As well, they're fed evidence that is unaffected by the press and social media. They're supposed to be an unbiased system, and either the evidence was telling them that Wilson was in the right, or that it was not enough to convict him of proper charges.

Although me taking it as something to celebrate was well undeserved. I have to offer my utmost respect for the family, as it can be heartbreaking knowing that proper justice wasn't delivered over their son's death. I should feel ashamed, and I do.

Personally, Wilson should've been reprimanded to some degree. How far I'm not sure, but control is something that is taught during in police school, and that an officer has to keep as much control as possible.

This Scorpion tank?
No this one.

For being such an odd an beefy design, I am pretty sure it would be able to fit a 120mm gun comfortably.

Also having such a strange layout is a huge waste of space, especially considering it needs to be carried by fricken spaceships. The less space it takes up the better. It would've benefited much more by being a casemate style assault gun, or a tank with a rear mounted turret and limited traverse.
