What level AI can you go up to and reliably beat it every single time?

I can go up to 7 and flawlessly kick butt in a 1v1, while i can still get 9's or 8's most of the time, they seem to learn and make their own bluffs and suck me in sometimes for the "easy shot" lol.

However if it's a big CPU party, I usually have to set them to level 5 for entertainments sake.

killed a fox player with 1 hit on Boxing Ring.
We were fighting on the edge of the stage, and I was playing as marth.
He did some smash move, and I counter it and fly him into the edge while he only took 14% damage.

I can't beat Master or Crazy Hand without being on difficulty < 4.0.

if you cant beat master hand on a difficulty less than 4 i am absolute horrified at your smash skills

I have a hard time avoiding the other master core attacks though.

Doppleganger tries to recover but is slightly too far
