I suppose you are referring to the transparent proxy, maybe you can tyry using a static proxy to test the problem.
use proxy.singnet.com.sg at port 8080, if you unable to access the 2wire after this setting, check the "bypass proxy server for local addresses".
It might not fix the problem you are facing now, but do update folks here with the result or outcome.
Hi. I tried this. I think it's working, the proxy server IP address is no more changing when I access http://whatismyipaddress.com/. Also I can browse the forum without needing to re-login every few pages. So the proxy address will still change after awhile or after I reset the modem or will it stay that way permanently?
I hope it stays this way and no future problems arise. Thank you so much for all the help guys, this problem has been giving me a headache for almost half a year since I switched to Singnet mio.
Btw I added a screenshot of my current settings. Do I need to add or remove anything else? Under "No proxy for:" I only added 10.0.0.1 because it's my default gateway for my 2wire modem. "localhost" and "127.0.0.1" were there by default. is there a more generalized input so that I don't need to enter a new number everytime I change my router address on the gateway page?

Item# 13-131-288 MB ASUS P5KPL-CM 775 G31 ICH7. We received a power supply which wasn't purchased through us. The original retail box for item# 19-116-072 CPU INTEL|PDC E5200 2.5G 2M, rma will be on hold for customer's response.
We cannot fully process your RMA without the missing accessories because our vendor will not accept incomplete returns; if the missing items are not available, the best option may be to contact the manufacturer directly for repair/replacement.
We will hold this RMA open for 3 business days.
