« on: August 15, 2015, 10:26:41 PM »The test I had to take had a bunch of questions asking very specific measurements, like how far away you stop from a schoolbus with it's lights blinking. That's not stuff you'll know by just sitting in a car.
exactly. it asks stuff like when aren't you allowed to change lanes, or how far from your destination do you need to use your turn signals.

you totally missed my point on purpose. driving isn't all about stopping and going and reading signs. it's mainly defensive, and you have to worry about the conditions of driving and the people around you.

i don't think everyone immediately knows traffic violations, how to drive in different types of weather, and what the right of way means.
