while i do really like metal and older rock music, i like mindless pop and rap music sometimes. sometimes i'll chill out in the car with the sub and listen to some rap and feel the bass. it relaxes me.

i ate a small habanero (apparently the smaller size = greater concentration of capsaicin). stomach on fire so bad i nearly threw up. got really lightheaded and almost passed out.
